What is the DNA Escrow Service?

Escrow service is a financial arrangement where The DNA @ Admin @Admin temporarily holds and manages funds on behalf of two parties (buyer & seller) involved in a transaction. The primary purpose of an escrow service is to provide a level of security and trust for both the buyer and the seller.

Here's how the DNA Escrow service works:

1) The buyer should contact DNA @ Admin @Admin and ask to setup an escrow channel for him The buyer should provide detailed information about the escrow deal & the seller's username on the forum.

2) Once the admin reviews the escrow deal information provided by the buyer, he will ask the buyer to send the payment to the escrow XMR address provided by the admin.

3) Once the admin receives the payment, he will open an escrow channel and invite both parties (buyer & seller) to the channel, where they can chat together and finish the deal together.

4) If the buyer is happy with the deal, the buyer will ask the admin for payment release to the seller after subtracting the escrow fee.

5) If the buyer does not receive goods from the seller or receives goods different from what he provided in the deal information, he will ask the DNA Admin @Admin for a dispute. The admin will then get involved in the escrow deal channel and view the complete chat between buyer and seller and verify the goods sent to the buyer and how far it matches the Description the sell provided before taking action. also If no goods are sent at all for more than 2 days, the admin will refund the buyer's money after subtracting the escrow fee.

How do I ask the Admin to release escrow funds or to dispute?
All you have to do is mention DNA Admin in your escrow channel chat box by using the @ sign before the admin name.
Example 1: Admin @Admin Please release escrow funds to the seller.
Example 2: Admin @Admin I want to dispute this escrow deal.

Does escrow work for physical goods or digital goods only?
Our escrow service is currently only for digital goods and not for physical goods at the moment.

Is it allowed to send goods outside the escrow chat box?
Not allowed. Any goods sent outside the chat box are totally forbidden and will cause the escrow to be canceled in favor of the buyer.

do the escrow chat box have option to send files by attachment ?
No option to attach ( upload ) files to escrow chat but you can use 3rd parties files upload service and send the download link into the chat box .

the seller not answer for more than 2 days what should i do ?
no worry if the seller no answer your messages for more than 48 hours the escrow deal will be canceled and get refund after subtract escrow fees .

buyer not answer for more than 2 days after received the goods what should i do ?
No worry if buyer received your goods and not answer for more than 48 hours you will get your escrow funds released to your XMR address .
